I love this stuff. Why are our schools so spectacularly bad at teaching the fundamental understandings of complicated things in intelligible and interesting ways, so students would crave to find out more without being systematically terrorized with grades for more than a decade? And why are schools, in contrast, so spectacularly good at turning almost every subject touched upon in class to shit forever?
