❌ The script mangles crucial story elements and characters for mainstream trim without creating a coherent movie.
❌ Terrible dialogues—against which Resident Evil games appear Shakespearean—meet poor acting.
❌ The cinematography fails to pull you in and special effects remain undistinguished at best.
Mostly, I was bored. You can’t bring Silent Hill’s unmatched visceral terror to the screen without translating it into the language of terror native to film.
